Filing Pet Claims via Waffle
It is possible to file a claim directly within the Waffle app!
After you have logged into your account, please head to the claims center on the homescreen. You will receive notification of your insurance claim via email when it is submitted, and when it is finalized.
Once the claim is ready to be paid, you can select how you would like to be reimbursed. If you run into any issues, please reach out to support@waffleinsurance.com.
What do I need to include when I file a claim?
Please make sure to include a photo or scanned copy of your invoice.
Do I need to pay the vet first?
Yes, the policy works on a reimbursement basis. After you have made the payment, please submit a claim, including the full itemized invoice, through the Waffle platform.
