Steps to Update Email Address Through Waffle:
- Login to your Waffle account
- Click "Account" on the left menu on Desktop. If you're on mobile, click the "Gear" icon on the bottom left of the screen.
- Click "Change Email Address" button
- Enter the desired email address in the "New Email Address" field. Don't forget to click the button "Change" when you are done!
Still having email issues?
We recommend that you conduct the following!
- First, If you are not receiving emails at all, check in our app that your current email address does not have any typos. You can do this by following the steps above and once on the "change email address" screen, double check "current email address".
- Second, check your junk/spam and promotions inbox. Sometimes emails will get placed here based on how email providers segment them. If you do find our emails were sent to these sections, please make sure to whitelist our email address! This will ensure that our emails show up in your primary inbox.
- Third, if you are still not receiving emails from us. Please contact our support team! We're here to help and will look into the issue.
